We are always aiming to add value through design. We have good working relationships with Accountants, we have excellent Property Lawyers and Surveyors.
Our Interior Designer will plan the concept under our supervision the technical phase will be undertaken by our Surveyors whom will liaise with managing agents, local authorities, and will draw up specification of works in order to move to the next stage.
Our project management is orchestrated by the most gifted and experienced Interior Architect whom has a very strong eye for detail and will ensure the most perfect result. We only work with known surveyors, and trusted teams of contractors, specialists and craftsman whom are above the required standards. We take full responsibility in running the project, and are in charge creatively, and are always the main contact for all contractors involved. This ensures we can guarantee the best possible outcome, and develop the highest possible quality product.
Upon completion of your project if it is a requirement to be either rent out or sell, we are able to dress the property or lease out the furniture for you.
